He has completed hisM.Ch Neurosurgery from National Institute of Mental Health And Neurosciences (NIMHANS) Bangalore. He has been trained in Neuro-endoscopy as well as in Neuro-navigation and Image-guided neuro-surgery under Prof. Gaab at the University of Greifswald, Germany and was a Visiting Fellow at the King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has experience in conducting more than 30,000 major & minor neurosurgeries including cranial and spinal traumas for the past 32 years.
